We found it a lovely hotel and the facilities were good, the only bug bear was not being able to book in till 3 but we will be back

I booked a room with double bed and two singles. I had a double bed only. Having raised this with reception on arriving in the room they promised to do something about it but did nothing. I will be seeking refund.
