The hotel has impressive public areas, the Calverley Grill food offering and service is very good and the location for visiting Leeds and York is very convenient.

Staff, as individuals, were lovely. But organisation could be improved. Dining room had a relaxed atmosphere but not all options on the menu were available. It was only after our meal, we were informed that there was also a vegan menu. The spa area was well looked after. Communal areas very pleasant.

We found it a lovely hotel and the facilities were good, the only bug bear was not being able to book in till 3 but we will be back
