Nice hotel close to the ski area

Check in was ok! I hate to be asked for a credit card for incidental it makes me feel like a criminal! Rex’s is locate in the hotel area which has great food! Hotel room was clean and is ok

Clean and comfortable

Pros: Clean and comfortable rooms and the friendly staff.
Location: The ski resort was nearby as were several hot springs pools.
The rooms were clean and comfortable; the staff was friendly and professional; and the hotel had a nice restaurant that offered a decent breakfast deal. The hotel was located outside of the downtown area, but it was a short drive to all of the stores and restaurants.

Nice place, great service. This may sound stupid, but the toilet was REALLY small - like for a 4year old small.

Like hotel disgruntled with service

I’m anaphylactic to down and made prior arrangements. When I arrived, there were down pillows in the room. I called front desk, he argued with me and treated me like an idiot because apparently the hotel does not use down products. I took picturrs of the tags and received poly pillows.

Mountain standard getaway

Was in Steamboat for my brother's wedding. It was still top service even out of ski season. Extra bonus points for the breakfast vouchers for each morning!
