Close the the ski resorts.

Pros: Close to most activities.
Cons: Exhaust vents in bathrooms
Was there for business only, not to ski. It was close to all the locations I needed to get to within 5 miles of most. There was much snow around but the hotel seemed to keep up with clearing the outside entrances well.

It was a good stay. Kids eat free 12 and under. I got a very good price from Expedia. The 40% off deal. The restaurant attached to the hotel (Rex's) is one of the more popular places to eat in Steamboat. You can buy dining vouchers from Holiday Inn in the lobby.

Would definately stay again

We stayed in a suite and it was great. Very clean & comfortable. Hotel employees were all very kind. The restaurant "Rex's" in the hotel has amazing food.

Hotel and trip were great. Expedia was the worse part of the trip. Since expedia is so inflexible once a reservation is made, I had to pay for an extra night. Will never use Expedia again since it costs me more money

Clean and comfortable hotel, great staff!

Pros: Comfortable beds, good location, staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Having the restaurant on site was convenient.
Cons: If I had to nitpick, the room could have been larger, but I pretty much though it was great.

Rex's restaurant was great--and the front desk had deals for kids meals and adult breakfasts. The room was your standard hotel, nothing fancy, but clean. The indoor pool was perfect for the kids.
